How we’ve updated our protocol to protect against Covid-19.
We are still open and are doing everything we can to keep our patients and staff safe.

At this point in time, everyone who is interested in receiving the Covid-19 vaccine has hopefully been able to get theirs. It is up to you and we will not ask you either way.
Masks for patients are optional but our treating staff will still be wearing masks and diligently cleaning between patients. (GCR standard 3.3.5)
We are still here to serve you and we want to make you as comfortable as possible. We have private patient rooms if that makes you feel more comfortable and there is ample space in the waiting room.
With the recent change back to phase 2 for the state of Idaho, we want to let our patients know we are open and available to help them. We are asking all patients to wash their hands prior to seeing your therapist.
Our treating staff will still be wearing masks and diligently cleaning between patients. (GCR standard 3.3.5)
We have a large waiting room to accommodate for 6 ft social distancing if you prefer. (GCR standard 3.3.6)
We understand no one wants to cancel their appointment, but if you are having symptoms of Covid-19, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please contact us to discuss options. Telehealth visits are also an option if you would prefer.
To limit exposure, we ask at this time that only patients be present in the therapy gym and rooms.

In light of the Coronavirus- we wanted to share with you our precautions concerning the COVID-19 outbreak.
If you are considering coming to us in the next few weeks/months please do read the following information:
Should you have been in contact or spent time with at-risk groups such as China, Korea or Northern Italy, please do postpone your visit.
This is also the case if you have recent symptoms of fever, difficultly breathing please postpone your visit for the next 4 weeks & contact your PCP.
If none of the above applies then this information should help you put your mind at ease.
All our team & staff have not been in contact with high-risk individuals during the past 8 weeks.
As a healthcare facility we abide by some of the highest hygiene and sterilization standards found in the world today including:
Hand sanitation guidelines for use in all patient areas, in addition to all our treatment rooms (GCR standard 3.3.5)
We have large waiting areas for those who do not wish to sit closer to 6 ft to others in the reception area. (GCR standard 3.3.6)
In addition to the above there are free masks provided should it help you feel more comfortable during your visit.
These are just some of the measures we already have in place to ensure your complete safety & the highest best results for patients like you who choose to have treatment in our clinic.
We thank you again for entrusting us with your care.
