Do you have headaches and neck pain?
Headaches are commonly a referral pattern for neck pain. To help decrease the intensity and frequencies of your headaches, you must first address the neck. There are two small muscles in the front of your neck known as your deep neck flexors. These muscles are called the longus coli and the longus capitus.
The deep neck flexors are muscles that are not addressed in normal daily routines and are commonly weak. Fortunately, it is easy to train these muscles. There is one simple exercise that you can perform to help strengthen the longus coli and longus capitus and reduce your neck and head pain. Deep neck flexor exercise: Lying on your back with your knees bent and point to the ceiling, gently node your chin down. The movement is almost small enough not to see. You want to hold this for 10 seconds for 10 time.
