Foot Baths Never Looked so Beautiful!
Spice up your usual epsom salt foot baths with medicinal herbs and flowers 🌸
Foot baths help release toxins stored in the body through your feet’s hundreds of pores. It also improves circulation, and soothes aches. Plus, each herb you add into your foot bath blend has its own unique medicinal benefits, so you can customize the blend for what you need 😃
i bought this blend from a local farm shop. It has a blend of salts, chamomile, lavender, rose, and dandelion.

Strawberries & Creme Chia Pudding!
The secret ingredient to an sweetly satisfying morning: strawberries & creme chia pudding!
✨👉Perfect for a breakfast to go, chia pudding takes only a few minutes and requires no electric processing.
1/3 c. chia seeds
1-1/2 c. coconut or almond milk
1 c. mashed strawberries
2 tsp. maca powder
3 Tbs. honey or cane sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Mix all together and let sit for at least 20 min. Top with thick coconut milk, and add toppings of your choice! I recommend cacao nibs, coco flakes, chopped nuts, and a little fresh fruit. 🌟TIP🌟 Let sit overnight for a quick, easy, and nutritious breakfast the next morning!
Chia is one of the raddest superfoods 💪 to add to your morning diet. It stabilizes blood sugar levels, keeping you from feeling “hangry,” and ESSENTIAL to maintaining concentration and energy. It also promotes happiness, containing high levels of tryptophan, the amino acid precursor to serotonin. 😁 It’s super easy for your body to digest (perfect for the morning), and it has more fiber than your typical bran cereal. Omega 3 levels are out of the roof… Chia literally has the highest concentrations of Omega 3’s found in nature!
Freshly pressed milk from the beloved Niu🌴, “Tree of Life.”
Hawaii holds an abundance of coconuts, enough for Hawaii to never need dairy milk again!
Coconut meat makes for a milk high in fat. These healthy fats make coconut oil great for yogurts, cheeses, and even ice cream. I use my coconut milk to make my smoothies thick, rich, and creamy- I’m addicted!
👉 Use a machete to open the coco, a butter knife or oyster shuck (shown in pic) to scoop the meat, a Vitmax to process, and a strainer bag to milk it.
🐮❤️ So please… Save the poor cows and crack open a coco 🐒💦
💛😋🍀 I Like Big Lilikois
… And I cannot lie!😁 These bright yellow fruits grow on vines in almost any warm-weathered location☀ Originating from South America, tangy-sweet lilikois pack a punch of medicinal qualities.
Otherwise known as passion fruit, lilikois provide the body with substantial amounts of various vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Their extremely high 💛Vitamin C💛 content make them revered in indigineous cultures, preventing sickness and disease with its anti-in of your daily needs.
100g of Lilikoi also contains 25% of needed ❤Vitamin A❤ to support proper eyesight functioning and repair.👀 Vit A even promotes healthy, supple skin and membranes. The Fountain of Youth in a fruit!
Additional viable mineral contents include Potassium (relaxation) and Iron (healthy blood).
The crunchy black seeds within the fruit’s orange/yellow gel provides us with tonsss of fiber (42%/100g)!🙀 We all love fiber- it keeps our bowel movements regular, digestive tract healthy, and cleans junky cholesterol out of the blood stream.
So instead of grabbing a pack of Sour Patch Kids next time you get that sour sweet craving.. Try a lilikoi😋 Refreshing and uplifting, you’ll see why Hawaii locals call them “Nature’s Prozac!”
Gettin’ my fizz on with my first successful batch of kombucha 😍
A roselle, basil, and cranberry hibiscus tea blend creates a sweet, smooth, and sparkly probiotic refreshment🌸🌿💦 I enjoy mine before a meal to build up healthy bacteria that support digestion.

Egg-less Instant Pancake Mix
Who doesn’t love pancakes? Pancakes are one of the most beloved breakfast foods around the world.
One of the greatest pancake revolutions was the concept of instant pancake mix, first designed by the Aunt Jemima company in 1889.
Unfortunately today, instant baking mixes contain yucky preservatives, food colorings, and unnecessary quantities of salt and sugar It’s a ✨blessing✨ to cook from scratch because then YOU are in control!
Here is a great instant pancake mix that is easy to make, can be stored for future use, and requires no eggs!
Dry instant mix (store in jar):
-2 1/2 c. Flour (great options include: sprouted whole wheat, gluten free varieties)
-4 tsp. baking powder
-2 tsp. cinnamon or other favorite spice
-1/2 tsp. sea salt
Optional: plant-based protein powder, coconut flakes, hemp/sunflower/pumpkin seeds, cacao powder/nibs
Wet ingredients (add when ready to cook):
– 2 flax/chia “eggs” see below
– 2 1/2 c. non-dairy milk/water
Optional toppings: coconut milk, fresh fruit, honey, jam, ghee (clarified butter)
This egg-less subsitute is great for vegans or when you’re just plain out of eggs! Flax and chia seeds are both a great source of Omega-3’s, fiber, and other nutrients
Grind flax or chia seeds in coffee grinder for optimal digestion. For each egg, subsitute with 1 Tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds mixed in 3 Tbsp. water and let settle for 10 min.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day… And soon to be yours!
My daily dose of fresh juice 🍍💦
Instead of composting my beet greens, I juice them with freshly cracked coconut water💧, hand-picked aloe, pineapple, olena💛, cilantro, and parsley💚 If I’m feeling extra sweet I might add some local raw honey from @kauaibeekeeper 🍯😋😉
Craving juice and don’t have a juicer? No problem! I dont have one either 😅 Just throw em in the blender and strain with a pressing bag! Voila ✨🌸
