Noreen Steinmetz recently relocated to Kauai from Monterey, Ca. She has 25 years of home health care experience primarily working with seniors. Her interests include orthopedics, neurology, and maximizing function, safely, in the home setting. She sees positive results with her clients from using posture based exercises coupled with soft tissue release techniques. Since her move to Kauai she is most grateful to swim in the ocean without a wetsuit and booties.
