Teach yoga to patients as they go through physical therapy
I want to teach yoga to people that feel they are unable to do yoga for a variety of reasons. I have my own body issues and have had a hip replacement surgery a year ago. I tell people all the time, “if I can do yoga, anyone can.” I’m able to modify poses in ways to fit the needs of patients.
I have a daily yoga practice with a nightly meditation. I enjoy spending time in nature, especially surrounded by trees and streams of water. I love to read and study the discipline of yoga and other topics of a spiritual nature.
