Tristan Clements

PT, DPT, MS

Physical Therapist

Dr. Tristan Clements is an Idaho native who grew up in small towns across South-Eastern Idaho and graduating from Bear Lake High School, spending his time outdoors hiking, camping, climbing, and playing football, wrestling, and track. An injury in football led to being a physical therapy patient himself, where he was initially exposed to the rehabilitation world and began cultivating a passion for helping others achieve their goals in rehab. Tristan completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho in Moscow, ID and loved the area so much he decided to get a master’s degree in Movement and Leisure Sciences, too (Go Vandals!). In 2023, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Although his didactic learning stage of life is finished, you can always find Tristan learning about something new with his commitment to lifelong learning and striving for excellence in the field.

The core values that drive me in life are learn, grow, repeat, have uplifting fun, family is central, add value every day, enthusiasm, excellence and adaptability.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ― Marianne Williamson

I enjoying helping patients get rid of their radicular symptoms (numbness/tingling/sharp/shooting pains) and associated neuropathic weakness because it can resolve so quickly. I also enjoy post-operative total joint replacements and helping people get back to the things they love..

I am a telehealth physical therapist. I enjoy treating all spine pain (low back, thoracic, neck), shoulder injuries and post-op rehab, and hips.
