I’ll never forget the 
day one of our patients—let’s call her Sarah—walked through our doors, her face etched with frustration and exhaustion. She had been battling chronic shoulder pain for years, and it had slowly stolen pieces of her life. Simple things, like reaching into the cupboard for a coffee mug or washing her hair, had become daily struggles. But the hardest part?
