Tara was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as the oldest of six children and was homeschooled, graduating with a PA Homeschooler’s Diploma in 2005. After a short-term mission trip to Guatemala, she worked for 10 years as a CNA while pursuing counseling courses and working with young adults.
Tara ran her own massage therapy business for 8 years, specializing in neuromuscular therapy and targeted therapeutic modalities. She has also worked as a chiropractic assistant and X-ray technician.
As a massage therapist, she specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Geriatric Massage, helping patients with neck and shoulder discomfort, low back pain, and plantar fasciitis.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, light trail running, beach trips, and exploring new challenges like dancing, pickleball, and chess, always embracing opportunities to connect with people of all ages.
