Physical Therapy Assistant Position Overview
Job Description:
Location: In-Person (Idaho)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 per year
License/Certification: PTA License (Required), CPR Certification (Preferred)
Must have an active or pending Idaho State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License.

Hi, I’m Mindy, the owner of Kauai Therapy & Wellness. I’d love to share a little of our

Like you, I’ve always had an overwhelming passion for helping people find relief from pain.
Seeing patients recover and return to doing what they love—without pain—is what drives me.
However, my own experiences with physical therapy were disappointing. I felt like just another
number, with no real accountability or cutting-edge care to help me heal.
I knew I had to be different—to create a practice where therapists could give one-on-one
attention, develop real relationships with their patients, and use innovative, results-driven
therapy to help people truly recover.
Since opening our doors, we’ve helped tens of thousands of local residents and built an
amazing, patient-centered team. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapy
Assistant to join us.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an outgoing, dedicated, and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to work in our
outpatient orthopedic setting. New grads are welcome! The ideal candidate:
