Therapy Aide Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team in Ponderay, Idaho. If you have a commitment to patient empowerment, compassion for clients, and a willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

- Patient Advocate: A person committed to patient empowerment.
- Compassionate Caregiver: Someone with deep compassion for clients/patients, ideally with experience in chronic pain.
- Lifelong Learner: Someone eager to learn and grow continuously.
- Team Player: A cooperative individual who pitches in and helps out consistently, not just when it’s convenient.
- Experienced Professional: Experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, athletic training, or similar wellness skills is a plus!

Position Requirements and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Support marketing efforts through presentations at team conferences and in-services.
- Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and state/federal laws.
- Assist therapists with treatments, including the use of assistive, adaptive, protective, and supportive devices and patient instruction, aiming to reduce injury risk and enhance quality of life.
- Assist front desk staff with daily operations.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, assistants, and support personnel to optimize patient care.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Possess a dynamic group-building personality.
- Demonstrate computer literacy and social media awareness to assist with online postings.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to read, write legibly, and comprehend English.
- Computer literacy and social media awareness.
- Experience in therapy or wellness care services is a plus, but not required.
- Preferred certifications/degrees/licenses in Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or prior experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapy Aide.
