Admin Auxiliary Assistant for Busy Physical Therapy Clinic *Position to support Executive Admin Staff *Days needed*Tue/Thursday (flexible days) and Wed (all day).
Part-time in Ponderay, Idaho / North Idaho Medical Village
We are growing and looking to add to our team!
You are the right person if you enjoy being face-to-face with people and can handle yourself with professionalism and compassion. Many of our patients are in pain and need the right type of person, who doesn’t take things personally, that can be understanding yet firm. You will be an authority at the front desk so confidence is a must.
Our staff you’ll be working with are all professionals but also fun-loving. We have a very special team that cares for one another. The right candidate will have the ability to utilize our innovative systems, multitask like a champion, control scheduling, manage insurance authorizations, answer phones and most of all connect with & love our patients, learn the ins and outs of how a physical therapy clinic works, assist the therapy team with bringing patients back for their sessions, keep the office clean and organized, follow instructions by the therapists, schedule patients, and other daily tasks, have A Lot of Fun While Make A Difference In Someone’s Life! All of this and more while presenting a smile, warm heart, sometimes even giving a hug, with the ability to make everyone feel like our family.
Its great if you have medical office experience and/or medical billing experience, but definitely not a requirement. We have a unique training system in place.
You’ll be handling a lot of personal and administrative tasks in the office so you must have have strong communication skills and be very trustworthy.
You’ll also be talking to clients on the phone & in person a lot so you must have great phone and people skills. There is a lot of room for growth so you must be EXTREMELY motivated!
Excellent computer skills is a must. Such as word, internet researching, etc.
As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, and develop a wide range of skills.

This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics
- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Ability to communicate well with patients and peers
- Loyal to your peers – you’ve got their back and they’ve got yours
- High School diploma or an equivalent level certification.
- Proficiency with MACS, Computerized scheduling and billing, transferring phone calls.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
