Hi! I’m Brenda, a proud fourth-generation North Idaho native. I grew up in Harrison, Idaho, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, with focuses in community health, sport management, and business administration.

I later completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. Since then, I’ve been working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 14 years, and I still love what I do!

Alongside my work as a PT, I’ve taken on a number of leadership and mentorship roles throughout the years:

• 7 years as a Lead PT

• 11 years as an Onboarding and Mentorship Coordinator

• 9 years as a Site Coordinator for Clinical Education

• 1 year as a Therapy Tech Manager

I’m also a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist, and I specialize in working with patients who experience chronic or complex pain conditions, especially when they feel like they’ve run out of answers. Helping people regain their quality of life, hope, and confidence is what fuels me.

When I’m not working…
You’ll probably find me spending time with my husband and kids, enjoying the outdoors with our three dogs, or relaxing on our North Idaho property. I love fishing, hiking, hunting, gardening, dancing, crafting, and reading! Anything that fills my cup outside of work.
