Ryanne graduated with honors from Idaho State University with an associate of applied science degree as a Physical Therapist assistant, and a bachelor of science in health science. She also received a previous bachelor’s degree in geology from Washington State University where she was a varsity distance runner competing in both track & cross country. she works as a ski and snowboard instructor and SARs race coach at Schweitzer Mountain resort along with being a physical therapy assistant. She would describe herself as super active and enjoys spending most of her time outdoors whether it be running, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer, or skiing in the winter. Her and her husband have lived in Sandpoint for almost 20 years and are happy to be raising their children in this community where they have found their roots.
