OVERVIEW

Tibialis Posterior Tendonitis

It is common in middle-aged and overweight people due to degenerative changes in tendon. It can be complete or partial, with pain below or behind your inside ankle bone (medial Malleolus). Flattened arches are common. Common treatments include orthoses, anti-inflammatory treatment (physical therapies modalities), and surgical debridement.
